What does Straton cost?

Does Straton include a power dialer?

Yes. The built-in power dialer calls through contact lists with auto-voicemail drops, call recording, disposition tagging, and campaign-level analytics. No separate subscription needed.

What is the AI voice agent?

An optional 24/7 answering service powered by OpenAI's real-time voice API and Twilio. It handles inbound calls, qualifies leads, books appointments, and hands off to humans when needed. See AI voice agent.

Can I migrate from GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or another CRM?

Yes. Import contacts via CSV, and our onboarding team will help rebuild pipelines, templates, and automations. Typical migrations take 1–2 weeks.

Is my data secure?

Yes. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest, hosted in a private network, with role-based access controls and audit logging. See security and data privacy.

Do I need a contract?

No. Plans are month-to-month. Cancel any time from the customer portal.

How long does setup take?

Most accounts are live and making calls within a day. Complex migrations take 1–2 weeks with onboarding support.
