Exactly what you pay — itemized

Most CRMs bury usage fees in vague "credits" and marked-up bundles. We publish every per-minute and per-message rate. No agency markup, no reseller games.

The short version: Flat monthly plan + pass-through usage with a small, honest margin. You always see your own cost side-by-side with what we charge.

Straton Genesis includes a 7-day free trial (Straton Command is billed from day 1 — no trial), every feature (power dialer, SMS, email, AI website builder, AI voice agent, pipelines, workflows, consent capture), and month-to-month cancellation.

Straton Command (no trial, billed from day 1) adds: unlimited sub-accounts, white-label (your domain/logo), aggregate Command Center dashboard, one-click client onboarding, and the ability to rebill usage to your clients at your own markup.

Voice calls — per-minute pricing

Charged per minute (rounded up). Your plan does not include minutes — you pay only for what you use. We buy capacity from Twilio at wholesale; our retail rate is published below alongside our cost so you can verify the margin.

Why toll-free inbound is higher: when a caller dials a toll-free number, you pay instead of them — Twilio bills a premium for that. We pass through only a 0.3¢ margin on that specific traffic type.

A "segment" is up to 160 characters (GSM-7) or 70 characters (Unicode/emoji). Long messages split into multiple segments — the dialer and template editor show the segment count before you hit send.

AI voice agent — per-minute pricing

The 24/7 AI answering service that qualifies leads and books appointments. This is billed separately from regular phone calls because it uses OpenAI's Realtime voice API.

Reality check: A 3-minute qualified-lead conversation costs you roughly $1.95 (60¢ × 3 + 2.5¢ × 3). Compare to a human answering service at $1–$2 per call that books nothing — the AI actually captures the lead, sends confirmation SMS, and drops a contact into your pipeline.

A typical AI-generated landing page costs under 1¢. An AI email draft costs a fraction of a cent. Full token logs are visible in your admin dashboard under Billing → Usage.

What you never pay for

How we make money (and why it's sustainable)

The monthly plan covers hosting, engineering, and support. Usage-based items (voice, SMS, AI) carry a small margin — typically 0.3¢ to a few cents per unit — that keeps the platform profitable without punishing heavy users. If you send a lot of SMS or run long AI voice calls, you pay a bit more; if you don't, you don't.

This is the opposite of the "agency CRM" model where a reseller buys Twilio at wholesale and charges you 3–5× markup on minutes and texts. We publish our cost next to your price so you can verify we're not doing that.
