These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Straton CRM platform and related services offered by SB Help Group ("we," "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
You own the data you upload or create in Straton. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display it solely to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy for details.
We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and occasional outages may occur.
Straton integrates with third-party providers (Twilio for voice/SMS, Stripe for billing, email providers). Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, including for abusive messaging, non-payment, or illegal activity.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific business results.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in state or federal courts located in Mercer County, PA.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted here with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
